Lost Orders

If an order is lost in transit or if the buyer claims they did not receive the package (even if tracking information states otherwise), an investigation will be initiated with the shipping carrier. To ensure customer satisfaction, we will work to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Generally, we will wait for the investigation results before reshipping the product or issuing a refund. Both we and the customer must fully cooperate with the shipping carrier during the investigation.

Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged order, please provide a photo of the damage. We will then offer an appropriate solution, such as sending a replacement product or issuing a refund via the original payment method.
